Full-service planning starts from $4200,00 up to 18% of the full estimated wedding budget. We will plan the wedding. We will handle all details and the wedding day. • Day of Coordination • Planning Progress Meeting & Venue Visit • Review Signed Contracts and Confirm Vendor Logistics • Creation and Management of Event Timeline • Meet Venue Coordinator & Other Vendors • Manage Wedding Day Schedule • Final Walk-Through with Venue • Event Day Management and Oversight • Delivery & Setup of all Personal Items • Creation of a Floor Plan for the Wedding Reception • Manage Delivery and Setup of all Wedding Day Vendors • Coordination of Rehearsal, Ceremony & Reception ALSO INCLUDES: • Full Participation with All Vendor Selections, Contracts & Negotiations • Lead Planner and Assistant Wedding Planner on-site Wedding Day • Management of Vendors, & Payments if applicable • Onsite Consultation and Supervision of Venue and Vendor Selection • Wedding Attire Management • RSVP Management & Seating Chart Setup • Bridal Party Management • Unlimited Phone Calls and Emails
